Un homme de 34 ans de Burks Falls a été inculpé après que quelqu'un a fait irruption dans un magasin de cannabis à North Bay le week-end dernier.
L'incident a eu lieu vers 7 heures du matin le 25 janvier, a indiqué la police de North Bay dans un communiqué de presse mercredi.
« L'accusé s'est rendu dans un magasin de cannabis sur Main Street East », a déclaré la police.
« L'accusé a brisé une vitre extérieure pour entrer dans le magasin, après quoi un témoin a contacté la police. »
La valeur totale des dommages causés au magasin et du cannabis volé s'élève à environ 1 400 $.
« La police a localisé l'accusé peu de temps après et il a été arrêté », indique le communiqué.
Il a été accusé d'un chef d'effraction et a été placé en détention en attendant une audience de mise en liberté sous caution.
